Any awards situation having to do with the arts and humanities today is an utter joke. It’s all run and used by liberals for one sole purpose: To push their agenda.

I’m going to watch Cannery Row. Nolte’s best, and with fabulous boogie woogie piano by Dr. John, The Night Tripper. Fun movie.

How do these people make money anyway being that the music “industry” is all but dead? I mean how many records did they sell total last year? 100? I read an interview with Quincy Jones a few months ago. He says what the music industry now sells in a year they use to sell in a week in the 1980s early 90s before the internet and pirating came along.

Hmmm.
Well, after three hundred years we are still listening to and performing Mozart, Beethoven, Wagner, Brahms and such. I wonder if ANYONE on the planet will know who these "grammy" winners are...or who will even CARE?
To: drewh
We should have a pool for who is the first winner or presenter who DOESN’T criticize President Trump.

The Brit’s have a great sense of humor even while they are disconnected from reality and history in any meaningful way.
They rail against Americans improper use of the “Queen’s English” and simultaneously forgive their own incomprehensible utterances as though we are not sufficiently cultured enough to understand.
