Washington (CNN)Lawyers for two Iraqis who had been granted visas to enter the US have filed a lawsuit against President Donald Trump and the US government after they were detained when they arrived in New York Friday.
The lawsuit could represent the first legal challenge to Trump's controversial executive order, which indefinitely suspends admissions for Syrian refugees and limits the flow of other refugees into the United States by instituting what the President has called "extreme vetting" of immigrants. Trump's order also said Iraqi citizens, as well as people from six other Muslim-majority nations, cannot enter the US for 90 days, and suspends the US Refugee Admissions Program for 120 days until it is reinstated "only for nationals of countries for whom" members of Trump's Cabinet deem can be properly vetted. According to court papers, both men legally were allowed to come into the US but were detained in accordance with Trump's move to ban travel from several Muslim-majority nations. The lawyers for the two men called for a hearing because they maintain the detention of people with valid visas is illegal.

These lawsuits are non starters. The US Immigration Act is very clear. The President has total power to ban any group of people from the US for any reason and any length of time. It further states that the number one reason for letting refugees into the country is religious persecution. So bringing in Christian Syrians and banning others is perfectly legal.

This is simply showing how bad the situation has become. America has been so routinely crapped on all these years that an attempt to stop it is met with hysteria.

If it’s Republican, it’s controversial. If it’s Democrat, it’s all good, no matter how far Left it is. It has been that way for decades. i ‘got’ the Media manipulation during the Whitewater scandal. In the LATimes, which we took until the incident I am going to describe, Clinton’s attorneys were credited with using ‘sophisticated maneuverings’, while Starr’s group were slurred with using ‘desperate tactics’. And this was 20 years ago. I also was enlightened to the true purpose of the ‘Women’s Movement’ at the time. I BELIEVED Anita Hill and voted for Clinton in 1992. And yet, when I saw Anita Hill being interviewed on the Today Show during the Clinton sex scandal, I ‘got’ the Feminist goal. Hill was asked about Billy Boy and her answer was ‘well, you really have to consider his voting record’. NOT KIDDING. I had decided, a long time before this comment, that Feminists weren’t really for all women, just women who agreed with their Leftist agenda. But that comment from Hill was the straw that broke the camel’s back for me. And I haven’t voted for a Democrat since.
Trump should also change the Green Cards so the Millions Obama gave out are worthless
Why were they detained in New York? They should have been shipped back on the next plane to Iraq.
Of course, this was all carefully staged and planned for weeks waiting until Trump followed through with his promise. The lawsuit was already drafted and waiting to be filed in a Democrat friendly court the moment that the already chosen plaintiffs arrived in the U.S.

Soros is no doubt paying for the lawsuit, either directly or indirectly.
If immigration rules can be legally bent one way, as Obama did, then it most likely cannot be illegal for another President to bend them another way. Likely there is “in the national interest” clauses, as deemed by the executive branch, permitting exceptions to the rules.
“And it’s NOT their country.”
If their lawyers succeed, it will become theirs eventually.

Their trial case lawsuit will not hold water because it should target the airline that issued the ticket in the first place.
Those tactics were perfected by the mainstream media during the early 70’s when they used them to slur, slant, elide, omit, lie, make up fake reports, and bury real ones during their successful campaign to destroy non-Indian commercial salmon fishermen in Washington State.
