Look into consuming a cap full of Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar in a glass of water every morning or you can do it at night too. If you get real tollerent, then put a cap full in a coffee cup.
Try drinking Lemon juice in the morning. Do a half or full lemon in a 16oz glass of water.
Look into adding Cayene Pepper to your foods. Ditto pink himalayan salt or celtic sea salt.
Try adding garlic to your diet. You can get oderless capsules.
If you get Vitamin E, then make sure it’s the “mixed tocopherols” and not just the d-Alpha. You want the Beta, the Ghama and the Delta.
Finally, addd Flaxseed oil to your diet and ake some good Fish Oil. For instance, like Nordic and keep it stored in your fridge once you open it.
