The least-shocking, long-rumored departure in cable news seems that it is about to happen. The still-dominant Fox News Channel has been through a lot of changes in the past several months, most notably saying good-bye to the man who made it a ratings powerhouse. Now, according to The New York Times it appears that FNC is losing one of its biggest stars:

The RATS usually jump off the sinking ship not onto the sinking ship. ROFLMAO!
Good Riddance! I hope she takes the stench of liberalism along with her..can she take Shepard Smith and WHOREaldo Rivera with her..PRETTY PLEASE
“My 86-year old aunt said she looks like a “street walker in Las Vegas”
A year or so ago I was watching Fox and Friends and they had a guy on who started a business where they would custom make a suit for you and come to your office to be measured and fitted and then deliver to you. Sounded like a good idea to me for busy execs.
At the time the air-head girl with Doocy and Brian (can’t remember which blonde it was) got fitted also for a suit. A couple of weeks later she came on with the new suit — a navy skirt, jacket and white blouse. You know what — she suddenly sounded smart to me — and looked “smart”, too. Guess there is something to “clothes make the man (or woman).”
.
Good riddance to bad rubbish!
YAY...about time! Lots of great starts with 2017!
Unless the work environment, of her own making, had gotten so bad she really did have to go regardless of the money. FNC was classy and made it look like they wanted to keep her but behind the scenes I bet they let her know they would not be renewing her contract this summer so if something else came up; she should take it.
Sometimes people just don't fit in certain work situations due to a conflict of personalities or style. It's no good for anyone in that situation if you are the one that's the odd one out; time to go. I've been there so I know this from personal experience. I was the conservative in a sea of libs. They made my work life miserable until they found a reason to let me go. I was relieved and moved away from that small screwed up town of elites. I had no idea how truly bad the liberal fascists really were until around that time and the light has just gotten brighter since then. Libs are the worst people second only to Muslims and I'm not sure we could fit a needle's width of difference between them. I think its their arrogance that bugs me the most.
Rumor true? Judge Jeneane to replace?
Now, according to The New York Times it appears that FNC is losing one of its current biggest loser, stars since Trump exposed what she was to his voters:
Megyn is making a career-killing move, and it couldn’t happen to a more deserving person.
Apparently, she will anchor some sort of daytime program and a Sunday night magazine for NBC. If it’s an afternoon talk show, she will join the long list of female TV personalities (including Katie Couric and Jane Pauley) who thought they could inherit Oprah’s crown and earn a huge paycheck. Pauley lasted a year and Couric was done by the end of her second season. If you afternoon show doesn’t involve Baby Daddy/DNA testing or involve some sort of courtroom, it won’t work.
On the other hand, if they give her an hour after the “Today” block or the early afternoon, she’ll get killed by the Price is Right or the CBS soap operas. True, audience levels have dropped, but there’s a reason CBS has been #1 in daytime for 30 years, and Megyn won’t change that.
As for the Sunday magazine show, it has to air in the early evening (due to NFL coverage in the fall) and that puts it up against “60 Minutes.” NBC has tried more magazine shows in that time slot than I can remember, and none have had more than marginal success. Hers will be no different. And don’t look for her pop up on “Today” or “NBC Nightly News,” except to promote her other programs. There’s a pecking order at every network, and being the new “star” on the block only gets you so far.
The daytime show runs a year, tops, and the magazine won’t last much longer. Look for her debut on MSNBC in about 18 months, if she decides to remain at the network. Otherwise, she’ll be collecting her buy-out and begging CNN for a job.
Not long ago, NBC lured Josh Elliott away from Good Morning America with a promise to make him a star as well. He lasted barely a year and is now reading the news on CBSN.
One final note: in her departure note, Kelly failed to mention Roger Ailes, the man who gave her a chance, despite a wafer-thin TV resume at the time. Megyn is feckless, tactless and classless. She’ll fit in well at NBC, until low ratings send her packing.
Ditto - Sianara Me-Me-Me-Again skank!
Okay then I’ve been waiting for this!
Let’s move Tucker to her slot and maybe Varney to Tucker’s. Or maybe Trish Regan (le rawr rawr!)
Not going to miss MeAgain one bit. And since she’s moving to NBC I’ll never see her again
They will officially have the snarkiest network. She’ll fit right in with Chris Hayes, and Rachel Maddow.
Please bring back Greta!
I think they may move Harris Faulkner (sp) to that slot.
YAWN
That works.
Time to promote Kimberly.
She would be an excellent replacement, and probably a better fit with republicans and the smarter viewers out there.
More winning !!!!!
Make it a perfect trifecta. Take Shemp with.
