Well I am not Gay, butt very occasionally I will get an extremely severe pain in my rear end which brings tears to my eyes. Almost like a charlie horse. Nothing eases it, and it eventually (20 minutes) goes away. Longest 20 minutes you can imagine.

You're probably telling us more about yourself than you'd like to. What imagery we find connected to a phrase or term is almost always entirely of our own making. While we may be incapable of controlling this consciously, we nonetheless control it all by our lonesome selves.

I personally love the term, as it best-expresses and encapsulates the absolute inanity and profound ignorance required for someone to act like a butt-hurt snowflake.

So, regardless of what weird Uncle Tisdale did or did not expose you to decades ago, it just ain't my hill to climb, baby. But I do love that term.

Methinks, as others said, you’re reading too much into it. New slang words in the American language pop up every year. This is no different.

I suppose it could mean what you’re thinking it means but I don’t think most people mean it that way when they use it as an American slang word. Just means spanked.
