I always find it best to not to ask questions you don't really want the answer to.

Sad that they don't even know how long he had been dead. He apparently had many bum chums and an attorney who supposedly cared. But his usefulness evidently expired soon after the verdict was announced.

I know they are inextricably linked, but which comes first? The homosexual or the mental illness?

Out of curiosity, what’d the cops do to that SD mayor that was even more offensive in public?

Why am I not surprised? I have never met a happy homosexual in my life.

there is no contingency in my lawsuit. Everything has been out of pocket. I'm in debt.' A lawyer who actually thought you had a chance would have worked on a contingency basis, because it would have meant a big payday for him. That should have been your first clue that you were on a fools errand.
Did he make good money at some point in time to spend nearly a million dollars for his suit?
If he was in debt he must have taken out loans or borrowed from friends. So how does someone who complained about not being able to get a job get loans, even from friends?
I am saddened by his decision, but am not really surprised I guess.

It is kinda like the hole and the bullet. They mostly happen at the same time.

If the attorneys won’t take your case for promise of a cut in the settlement, it usually means that they don’t think they can win. I’m surprised his attorney allowed it to go on so long knowing that he would probably never get paid.

His lawyer should have told him the truth. This was never about gay rights this was about public nudity laws. People have been complaining about all the nudity at these gay pride parades. Even some libs don’t like taking their kids there and seeing a 50 year old man butt naked. Now the cops are cracking down and the gays will have to wear clothing.
In stead of dressing as the Gladiator he will have to dress as the Emperor, make this a toga party.
