A prominent Saudi preacher has released an Islamic song titled “I believe in Jesus” to coincide with the Christmas holiday.

Preacher Aed ِAl Qarni collaborated with vocalist Musa Omeira, who sang a few verses, in a 6-minute long video clip filmed in Turkey.

The purpose of the song, according to the duo, is to acknowledge the importance of Jesus in the Islamic faith, advocating a call for tolerance among people of different religions.

Muzzies have long tried to use the name of Jesus.

They tell people “We believe in Jesus. He was a good prophet.” There are a lot of weak or less knowledgeable that then become more open to hearing about islam. They tell them we use parts of the Old and New Testaments. I’ve seen them do it.

It’s all disarming tactics to take advantage of the less informed.

A Saudi Preacher??? Saudi's don't have Preachers...You and that crazy Frank over there in Rome must be on some sort of collusion course...

But no Achmed, it is not we who must become tolerant of your Jesus loving terrorist ideology that you falsely call a religion, it is you terrorists who need to become tolerant of those of us who detest your religion but put up with it anyway...

Islams Jesus ain’t the real Jesus.

Right. The "Allah"-god of Mohammedanism has no Son.

>Prepare for all lot more Saudi PR moves in the next years.<

Yep, you nailed it.

I have a feeling there will be a lot of root cause analysis going on in the near future and the Saudi’s are at the root..

Exactly. I am all for promoting tolerance in the area of the world where it is needed most. Let me also be one of the first to praise the small exceptional examples of tolerance in the Islamic world and wish for them becoming the rule rather than the exception:

  1. King Abdullah of Jordan
  2. President El-Sisi of Egypt
  3. The late Ataturk of Turkey
  4. The late Shah of Iran
  5. Most of the Kurdish people
  6. And, now, this guy.

The believe “in Jesus”, as a “person” who existed, they just do not believe Jesus.

And John answered and said, Master, we saw one casting out devils in thy name; and we forbad him, because he followeth not with us. And Jesus said unto him, Forbid him not: for he that is not against us is for us. And it came to pass, when the time was come that he should be received up, he stedfastly set his face to go to Jerusalem, And sent messengers before his face: and they went, and entered into a village of the Samaritans, to make ready for him. And they did not receive him, because his face was as though he would go to Jerusalem. And when his disciples James and John saw this, they said, Lord, wilt thou that we command fire to come down from heaven, and consume them, even as Elias did? But he turned, and rebuked them, and said, Ye know not what manner of spirit ye are of. For the Son of man is not come to destroy men's lives, but to save them. And they went to another village.

Luke, Catholic chapter nine, Protestant verses forty nine to fifty six,
as authorized, but not authored, by King James

When his song has lyrics stating that every knee shall bow and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord . . . including Mohammed’s knee and tongue - I’ll lend it some credence. By then he will also likely be added to the Christian martyr list.

How many of those billion+ muslims even have a CHOICE in their faith? Born into it, forced into (by the sword), punished with death if they convert away, taxed and punished as 2nd class citizens if they cling to their other religions...

Agreed, except Ataturk... granted he was a secularist modernizer was also extremely anti-Christian and pretty much hostile to any non-Turk (except Jews). He brutally slaughtered thousands of Greek, Armenians, Kurds and Alevites and forced all minoities into total self-denial in order to create a faux-homogenous “Turkish nation”. He could have achieved a modernist regime without these continued excesses that are still having repercussions.

I would include Assad into the list of stabilizing forces. One can argue about many aspects of his rule, but he protects minorities and prevents a radical Sunni regime.

P.S.:

Also disagree on this Saudi guy (as with 99.9 % of Saudis).
Lying savages the lot of em, who think they own the West (to a degree that is sadly correct)...

Islam is a skewed knockoff of Christianity. There are even Biblical quotes in their "Glorious Koran." If you like, I can quote a couple of them for you.
My husband was in the position to award Saudi contractors jobs with ARAMCO. It was open to huge bribery. To stop that trend the company said that the ONLY "gift" that a potential Saudi contractor could give to an ARAMCO employee was a KORAN...and my husband got one.

The KSA must allow Christian men of the cloth for their Christian employees. And they do. Lol. If they hadn't, Americans simply would not have gone to the KSA. Since those non-Muslim holy men-of-the-cloth are NOT allowed into the Kingdom, the Saudi government simply RENAMED them: "special teachers."

I know this because my husband and I worked for ARAMCO for five years in Najmah, Ras Tanura. I learned to go to daily Mass because of my Saudi boss. He said: "God is number one. There is always time for God. cloudmountain can go to pray whenever she wants to."

I couldn't go to daily Mass there (9:00 A.M., Dominican priest, A.K.A. "special teacher") because it would have been too disruptive to my daily job but when I returned home to the U.S.A. I started doing just that and STILL do it today, so many years later.

When we flew into LAX and when I got off the plane I got down on my hands and knees and KISSED the linoleum floor of the airport hallway...I was SO glad to be HOME for good.

Nothing new here. The Saudi Muslims have always believed that. Only they call Jesus "Issa." They simply don't believe that Jesus is God.

There is a California congressman, Christian, who is named Darryl Issa. Darryl Jesus.

The Arabs have been fighting with each other since there have been Arabs--over land, water, power, status. Now the Saudis DON'T fight because they have more money than God.
Our good Lord gave them enormous sources of petroleum and natural gas--both ESSENTIAL to the West. What a paradox. We need their resources and they need our business.

Now, they are our only friends there. PLUS there are now THREE U.S. air bases in the Kingdom.
https://militarybases.com/saudi-arabia/
http://fpif.org/u-s-empire-bases-middle-east-not-making-anyone-safer/

THOUSANDS of Americans work there. If they work for Saudi ARAMCO (renamed in 1980) they get a tax break from the IRS: no federal income tax on the first $80,000.00 earned from Saudi ARAMCO. There HAS to be a "carrot" to get Americans to work in that God-forsaken dust-bowl.

Remember, the Saudis KICK OUT their disruptive aholes. Osama bin Laden was KICKED OUT even though his family was wealthy and powerful. If he had ever been stupid enough to return to his homeland...an executioner was awaiting the opportunity to say: OFF WITH HIS HEAD.

I know it's sickening for Americans to think of US being "friends" with the Saudis, but there it is. Those first petroleum deals [with American oil companies], back in the 1920's, were settled with a handshake. Had to be since 99% of the Saudis back then were illiterate. Not so now, of course, as they made literacy a priority.
They also hire Jews...but only AMERICAN Jews. Had to. I met a lovely woman who was an American Jewish physical therapist...for the Saudi women.
And, when Lebanon was preoccupied with its civil war, ARAMCO got its fresh flowers from Israel. I SAW the boxes of flowers arriving in the market with the unmistakable blue star of David right there on the boxes.

Muslims believe Jesus was a prophet, but that Mohammed supersedes him. They believe he was never crucified, or raised from the dead, nor was he the Son of G_d. Many of them believe Jesus moved to India and had a family.

The biggest falsehood of all is that Jesus will force all men to become Muslim when he returns and he himself will bow to Mohammad and the moon god.

It took Satan 600 years to come up with this cult following Yeshua’s crucifixion, death, and resurrection.

The love of G_d in allowing His son to be crucified for our sins, and bring forgiveness, had to be replaced by a cult that made everyone permanently sinful, except if they had one more good deed than sin, or died for their moon god, in a display of hatred and violence against the followers of the G_d of Abraham, Issac, and Jacob (Jews and Christians), or outright pagans.

The violent, abusive, and hateful can continue their actions once converted, by saying a simple phrase. They then can continue to steal, torture, hate, and murder, as long as it is done in their moon god’s name, and the violence is done against non moon god worshipers, or those who don’t follow their ideal of how the moon god should be worshiped.

So true. It would have never survived without their convert or die menatality.

God created us in his image where we have free will. We chose to accept God or not. There is no free will with Islam. It’s convert or die. Everything about it is wrong.

That sounds like quite an adventure for both of you.
I like learning new cultures, and trying to learn new languages as well. Sounds like the Saudis were ready to make you feel welcome and safe.

Sisi and the King of Jordan are alive now. I wish them safety and continued courage. My guess is most Turks of today know very little about Ataturk, or only in a greatly diminished historic role.
