Mr. President, we can get cheap Hollywierd entertainment in more places than we wish already.
How about, instead of Music acts, bring Tony Robbins in for a 15-min Investment tip/how-to? We recognize you're going to set the economic field for the Middle Class to come roaring back to life, can we celebrate that?
Can you forward this to the team?
Better yet, if there must be music, get Christian artists. Let’s put God back into the leadership of our country.
I think Tony’s a leftie.
Bring in the best Christian singers! They’re inspirational, full of optimism, and they’ll tick off the left without even trying! Win, win.
LOL. Wouldn’t that be great. Christian artists. Have the MSM, liberals and related fascists and psychopaths go absolutely nuts.
IBTZ!
“How about, instead of Music acts, bring Tony Robbins in for a 15-min Investment tip/how-to?”
People want to be entertained. Not to be taught a seminar. What’s wrong with you?
Exactly. I couldn’t care less if some big musical star is at the inauguration. I won’t be watching it for the entertainment no matter which singers or actors show up. He has to do something creative, like perhaps have average people doing the entertaining. Turn it into a talent contest or something like that. That would be amusing.

NYT Writer Corrects Record: Pete Seeger 'Only' 40 Years Late in Denouncing Stalin
By P.J. Gladnick
2007-09-02
The New York Times has now corrected [1] a "smear" about Pete Seeger being 50 years too late in denouncing Stalin. Thanks to the intrepid research of Times reporter Daniel J. Wakin, the record has now been set straight. Pete Seeger was only about 40 years too late in criticizing Stalin.

"Seeger was antiwar during the period of the Nazi-Soviet Pact; pro-war after the Soviet Union was the ally of the United States; and anti-war during the years of the Cold War and Vietnam. To Nichols -a rather dense left-winger -it is good form to acknowledge that perhaps 'Stalin was a bad guy,' and then simply get over it, and move on to campaign for very American socialist causes." --Ronald Radosh (former communist)

"...at the time of the Nazi-Soviet Pact, the Communists suddenly transformed the 'Anti-Nazi League' into the "Hollywood Peace Forum," calling for American neutrality and using the slogan 'Let's Skip the Next War.'..."

Put a kibosh on the entire thing. Who wants to hear modern “artists” do anything? Most republicans can’t relate to the celebrity culture and the usual idiots on the left won’t be tuning in.
Or his equivalent, whomever is the popular motivational guy now. The point is, music/entertainment is at the pit bottom of our wants and needs right now.
And entertainers, who are 95% owned by the Left and likely performing against their economic interest, shouldn’t have to participate in the Destruction of Socialists, which is what this election was about.
Make it a country music extravaganza (but not the Dixie Twits).
Sadly, despite his commie status, he was STILL a better performer than Springsteen.
Exactly right!
Have a swearing in at the Oval Office, give a brief speech for the TV cameras, and get to work.
Casting Crowns
Agree. Swear him in, get to work. Shouldn’t take more than an hour. Then everyone can have their various parties, and Mr. Trump could drop in as he chose.
Turn 1/4 of the Inaugural spaces into job fairs!
Good vanity. Why stick to the old Uniparty cliches?
We’ve been picking their spuds out of our teeth for decades.
Surely, Donald Trump can start some new traditions.
(Didn’t mean to call you Shirley.)
