Jefferson Mall in Louisville, Kentucky plans to ban a woman who was caught in a viral video shouting at a fellow customer.

What led up to the outburst? I can’t imagine that level of vitriol unless provoked to an extreme degree.
Send them ALL back. No ingles? Go back to Mexico.
Maybe the Hispanic woman said that she had voted for Trump.
The mall management is making a good decision by having the woman banned from the mall.
The JP Penny people should have tossed her out of the store immediately.
I heard nothing yet about the bike rider hit and run you just described. Daily Mail or Free Rep may have it later this week.
This woman here said rude things, but she was mostly upset because one woman cut in line, bringing more merchandise to a woman already in line.
Obviously, the white lady isn’t a Freeper, or she wouldn’t have been in a JC Penny’s.
Possible. Did you see that unhinged woman when the electors met in Wisconsin on Monday? She kept shouting “This is MY country!” as if those of us who pay the freight for her stupidity shouldn’t have a say in how it is run.
Send them back plus throw all Muslims out of America. Islam is not compatible with Christianity, Judaism or any other religion. Muslims believe we must convert, pay taxes to them and or be killed. Throw them out on their fannies NOW.
I remember years ago when we lived in Louisville, we would go to that mall. One Saturday afternoon my wife dragged me there (yeah we went to Penny’s, but this was back in the 80’s) and who do I see there? Ol’ Mitch McConnell, when he was running for Senator. I don’t know if he went to Penny’s though.

I wouldn’t say “vitriol”, I’d go with just “POed”. Good ol’ fashioned whatfor. At the very start of the video you can hear the woman say “like everybody else did, it starts back there.” Maybe she was referring to them butting in line?
She’d fit right in for ethnic day at the local Chuck-E-Cheeze
What the hell? She was just asserting her White Privilege. We get called racists all the time, may as well act line one don’t you think? JCP better be ready to toss out all those other white people waiting in line too because a few of them urged her on and agreed with her.
If stores are ready to start banning people for life for being rude, I’ll start putting a list together. Let’s start with the welfare mamas who haul up in the line with 3 carts full or food and then start picking and choosing what has already been rung up once they hit their EBT limit, forcing the cashier to credit a cart or more full. Because nobody gots time for that maths stuff.

Looks to me like the Cashier didn’t do his/her job. The Cashier should have told the latino lady to go to the BACK OF THE LINE and refuse to ring her up.

And by banning her, the mall is asserting their property rights.
Elsewhere... the Hispanic woman was almost finished with transaction when her friend came up with additional items.
Not really extreme.. but, there was a LONG line, that everyone was waiting in. Just as the woman at the counter was finishing up, her friend came up and adding things to her basket to check out. One of them had no price tag, so..... they had to send someone out to the store to check the price.
Apparently, that extra wait tipped the older lady over the edge.
