FULL TITLE: 'What are you gonna do?' One of five teens accused of brutally killing a 16-year-old in remote woods cocked his head and arrogantly spoke to the victim's parents in court
One of five teenagers who allegedly murdered an Alaskan 16-year-old is accused of saying 'what are you going to do?' to the parents of the victim as he left court.
Bradley Renfro, 16, appeared to address the parents of murdered teen David Grunwald as he was escorted out of a courtroom in Palmer, Alaska on Tuesday.
Witnesses in the courtroom claim Renfro cocked his head as he walked past Ben and Edie Grunwald and said 'What are you gonna do?... Do something'.

Next time throw a shoe at his head.
The cold heartlessness of thuggish culture in America among the youths.
What horrible, souless people those punks are. What was the motive and why are so many involved? The story says nothing.
The article says that Renfro’s parents were sitting behind the Grundwalds and it was to them that he directed the question. That makes more sense.
What we’re gonna do is strap you into a chair and shoot you with 75,000 volts.
That’s what.
Per people.com...go to linked article & click on linked article toward bottom of scroll—article mentions “weed” in title—apparently some of these kids had a weed stash & victim was accused of smoking all of it. These kids & young adults reacted like the burned drug dealers they appear to be.
“What were gonna do is strap you into a chair and shoot you with 75,000 volts.”
In a just world, yes. But this clown is under 18, so no dice.
What were gonna do...”
Renfro best bet is the 75K volts. I don’t think Chubs packs the gear for an encore performance as Belle of the Shower Room Ball.
Its because of pot, that part of Alaska legalized it.
Myself i think its a bad, bad idea and hopefully in the near future people will wize up and not only make it illegal but with harsh penalties, they thoughtpot would not create problems, far from it, i live a few miles away from this, people in my family knew the murderer.
I even left my job of 19 years after i heard the owner of the construction yard planned to convert the maintenance shop into a massive pot growing warehouse.
I won’t talk to any weedhead, won’t hire one, to me they are non people.
That actually makes more sense considering that he said: 'What are you gonna do?... Do something'.
Why would he tell the victim's parents to do something? Like what are they supposed to do, shot him? On the other hand a plea to his parents to get him out of this jam, sounds more likely to me.
Them boys got mighty purely mouths...
I would answer, “see you OT in jail the rest of your life getting corn-holed and beat up daily because you’re a punk. And on the annversary date of my son’s death every year you will get a delicious fresh baked chocolate cake that I’ll mail you. Eat up.”...: )
I would answer, “see you rot in jail the rest of your life getting corn-holed and beat up daily because you’re a punk when you get prosecuted as an adult. And on the annversary date of my son’s death every year you will get a delicious fresh baked chocolate cake that I’ll mail you. Eat up.”...: )
They have no idea what we could REALLY do to them if we wanted to., especially some of us who ave been trained to deal with their type. It's only because of Christ that we have a red line though they make you want to step over it and teach'em a lesson sometimes.
Did you ever smoke pot? I get the impression you haven’t.
I am not asking to provoke you, only to get a feel for where you are coming from.
I have smoked it - far too much - when I was younger. It is stupid to make it illegal.
Driving or operating machinery while smoking should be illegal, but moking it itself should not. It is far less harmful than alcohol. But you CAN overdo it and then it is bad for you (just like an alcoholic if you drink too much)
It is not the pot here that was the problem- it was the illegal activites of growing and selling it - made illegal by the government for no good reason.
If it’s any comfort, recent articles point to a significant reduction in drug and alcohol use among youth.
Personally I don’t have any red lines, and as I get older and more of my kids move towards self-sufficiency, my threshold for tolerating BS shrinks.
If pushed far enough, I could make Ramsay Bolton look like Florence Nightengale.
