A Marxist collectivist worker-run restaurant in Grand Rapids, Michigan, closed its doors this week after customers complained that they could no longer tolerate the bizarre hours, high prices and long lines.

Hey commie! Have you learned yet “Red” is also the color of losing your a##?
Ukranians had a very hard time getting a meal out of Stalin, too.
They gave them the full commie experience!
What was the name of the restaurant? Venezuela?
Anybody know how long this little experiment in futility lasted?
I wouldn’t dare eat any food out of a place like that
Believe it or not, five years! I’m sure they were in the red the whole time, pun intended.
Marx, and all his followers, are a pestilence on Earth.
I bet the smell of weed, patchouli, and B.O. was overpowering in this joint
Seriously, reading the article, its as if the proprietors had no business acumen. Or even a desire to succeed. Done in by their own misguided beliefs

Hahahahahaha!
“Marx never did a day’s work in his life, and knew as much about the proletariat as I do about chorus girls.” Hoffer

You can get it cheap, you can get it now or you can get good quality. Pick any two.
Marxists have been banging their heads against that reality for as long as they’ve plagued this planet.
That really is surprising. I suspect the owners have deep pockets or political connections.
(in their minds) Well, it’s not their fault!! It’s the customer that is at fault ;p
The thing with restaurants, when people stop coming the owners are often clueless as to why - even when it’s as plain as day to the customer.
- Fresh, tasty food
- Good service
- Reasonable price
- Clean establishment
- Don’t be political
It’s amazing how many fail at one or all. I was recently in CA, saw a nice looking restaurant, then saw a very noticeable BLM poster at the door. Next.
Eric Hoffer? I thought I was the only one who read Eirc Hoffer?
There is a Vegan restaurant here in Phoenix. During our electric light parade every other place was packed and people were overflowing everywhere . The Vegan place was practically empty. I figured this place is not going to be around very long.
