They need to do something about his hair. He’s starting to look like a ugly version of Farrah Fawcett from the 1970s.
Yes getting very tired of the whole governor (on steroids ) replay.
And what the heck with Coral standing there with a gun for 2 minutes pointed at Negan and not pulling the trigger. Ugh.
I like it.
But I grew when guys had long hair. Most of history men had long hair.
BOOORRRING
All that hair got in his eye, and he missed.
I can't talk too much about this season because I have only seen the first episode, plus some bits and pieces. But given the story arc of the group in the last few seasons, this season seems pretty good. Rick and the group are slaves/peasants now, there is a larger world than just Rick's group, a bad guy, and zombies, and it is a new situation. They will have to build ties with other groups to succeed, get a more sophisticated strategy to fight Negan, and be able to manufacture ammunition. These kinds of things have been missing in the earlier seasons. By the end of this season, they may have a pretty big world with villages so they can make progress building society. That's a completely different story line than before.
ooo Thank you I will check that movie out. I love zombies on Trains LOL
I hope someone saved a copy of "The Art of the Deal" for Rick to read.

Thanks for the ping.
It's absolutely ridiculous and ugly. I was talking to a guy at work about it. How could his father, a supposed expert tactician at fighting, allow his son to grow his hair exposing him to the dangers of long hair? Any zombie can get a hold of it and he's done.
Also, I suspect that in history men with long hair who went into battle covered it up or tied it up to keep from offering a grabhold to their enemies.
Fair play to the Negan actor, who must memorize phone books’ worth of dialogue each week.
Meanwhile Andrew Lincoln is making a handsome living staring at the floor and breathing heavily with some cheap stage blood smeared across the bridge of his nose.
He had some funny lines last night.
“Dang kid - you got the same “stink eye” your old man’s got. Except yours is only half as good. ‘Cuz, well... ya only got one eye!”
I told my daughter “Don’t be talkin’ (or listening) when you should be shooting.”
“Yeah - right!?”
Very interesting episode IMHO. Neegan’s character was shown to be somewhat different than I thought. He could have made a huge scene in killing Carl but took a shining to him. I am thinking Neegan “appreciates” stronger/bolder characters vs the ones who always kneel. I do have to say the one liners had me laughing. When he said, “You are adorable” (to Carl after he shot two of his men) I was laughing out loud. Rick’s group is divided right now.. some wanting to scavenge and hope for the best and others wanting to kill Neegan and take whatever consequences are coming. Great episode!
I know the show is trying to follow the comic, but, now both Rick and Carl both have had AMPLE opportunity to bash Nagens head in with his own bat and didn’t do it....lame.
Today they're called "Man Buns"........So you approve of them?...LOL!
I wonder how many episodes have already been filmed. The results of the first episode ... the Nagen massacre show a total failure, a huge drop in ratings and a general turnoff for everyone.
I have not watched since that episode but I am taping them in case they kill Nagen.
I think Negan sees Carl as a protégé. There is absolutely no one in Neganville that he is friendly with. Carl is the closest to an ordinary relationship he has had in a long time.
At the end of the episode you have Negan hanging with Carl and Ass-kicker in Alexandria, Jesus is in Neganville, someone has arranged for Daryl to escape, and Machone is on her way to Neganville.
Negan is still screwing with Dwight. I think it is Dwight that slipped Daryl the note, Jesus wouldn’t know where Daryl is being kept. Dwight will volunteer to find Daryl but when he finds him he will just keep on running with Daryl in order to escape Neganville for the last time.
I’ll go way out on a limb and prophesize that Negan will burn Alexandria when he finds out Daryl escaped, but our original team will be on the run before that in anticipation of Negan’s wrath. They have no where to go but to somewhere Negan does not know about. Oceanside.
And there are a lot of people, I’ll call them the ‘kneelers’, that would turn on Negan given half a chance. The people that get to have guns probably are enjoying their status but the kneelers are a different story. They may figure into an attack on Neganville in a later episode.
