:: She spray-painted vulgarities about Trump and other writings about the president-elect ::

Here begins the REAL problem -according to the LAT!
She has speech rights in the public-square [yada, yada] yet...

What would be the legal result if, say, CDY dyed his hair blue and “tagged” our local government facility with vulgarities concerning Hillary and local Dhimmicrats?
Enquiring minds want to know.

If you did it, I’m not sure what level the punishment would be, but you can be positive that it would be on the news everywhere as an example of how awful conservatives are.

That said, I think the punishment is a little excessive. 100 days? (Imagine if it were your kid or someone you cared about who did something stupid, not necessarily political.) I think a fitting punishment would include (but not be limited to) paying for the cost of the damage AND being required to publicly work on the cleanup while wearing some sort of sign or having a sign set up explaining the work while it’s being done. (Example: I’m a stupid vulgar liberal filled with hate so I acted out by spray-painting this graffiti.) I’d suggest that she be made to wear something ridiculous, but she already looks ridiculous.

She should also be required to write letters of apology to the public, and to anyone affected by her actions.
