Nonsense! They had an arsenal of weapons, a rocket launcher, walls, towers. It's ridiculous that Rick let Neegan in and gave up everything. They could have taken Neegan and his men out at the door last week.

Yup, that might have been the "Jump the Shark" moment for me. Heck, Carl had a gun pointed at Negan's head and couldn't pull the trigger.
Of course, "Bang, Negan's dead, then a quick firefight kills off all the bad guys and many of the good ones", makes for an awfully short story arc. :-)
I'll give it the next couple of shows, want to see how the communities wind up interacting. But they're losing even this diehard fan.
They had no problem getting into Alexandria so you would figure they could easily get out. After last nights episode, if a bunch of women and children can get out then Rick’s group should too.
