Doesnt the Attorney General function independently of the President? If the Attorney General considers it necessary to prosecute Hillary, would the Presidentproperlynot interfere?
I've always thought that was how it was...until Loretta Lynch and B.O. took things gutter-level, ethically.

LOL. And Ann didn’t even tip the hand of the likely outcome. DJT can say all he wants about not wanting to see her prosecuted. Has no bearing.

Technically correct, but if anyone running these places does stuff a president doesn’t want done, they will replace them and shut that down. They are under control of the executive branch. They don’t report to anyone else.

The real question:
Is Trump signaling a “hands off” policy WRT the Clintons?
They are among the very worst criminals in the world. Is he scared of the Clinton crime syndicate?

Not the same situation as Trump firing a rogue insubordinate for defying orders to cover up his own wrongdoings.
The people who do this for the right reasons are not the same as the people who do it for wrong reasons.

True. But the funny part is that no one seems to be watching what the other hand is doing.

which will at least destroy her reputation and likely induce suitable consequences. Her reputation has already been destroyed among normal Americans and cannot be destroyed among liberals.

Correct. She isn't the only one who has committed crimes. There is Huma, Mills, the IT guys, members of the State Department, etc. They all need to be prosecuted. You forgot the (soon-to-be Ex-) President of the United States.
But but but! Can he pardon himself? Ahead of time?

Thousands of people have been murdered from Mexico to the mid-east and here in the USA from her actions let alone the treasonous acts.

The office of the President does not have prosecutorial powers.
On 1/20/2017 President Elect Trump will take the oath of office and vow to uphold the Constitution. Thus restoring the rule of law and the balance of powers in the other branches of government.
His cabinet & agency picks will each clean house.
The leftist fascists and their main stream media do not recognize or acknowledge facts/truth. They only recognize and acknowledge political correctness.
The truth is Obama has not upheld our Constitution and he has corrupted the rule of law and balance of power in the different branches of government. The media does not report on their masters. We have been in a Constitutional Crisis for 8 years.

This is his second strike in my mind.
