Assange uses the term ‘killswitch’ to say if something happens to him, he has it set up thru a lawyer or associates to make sure all the emails are released without him having to give the go ahead. Regarding the Constitution, we’ve seen a lot of eroding of our rights and while loss of free speech or impingement of the second ammendment pisses a lot of people off, does the elimination of an election cause the citizens of the nation to rise up against its govt? Not necessarily with arms and ammo as some have suggested but from plain outrage from 90% of the American people. Iope this makes more sense.

That’s commonly referred to as a ‘dead man’s switch’. It comes from old railroad industry terminology. Yes, Assange has said that he has such an arrangement in place, which is probably why he’s not already dead.

I don’t think anyone has suggested that Hussein would try to “eliminate” this election, but plenty have feverishly worried that he might postpone it and declare some kind of national emergency.

All I can say about that is, if he tries it, he’ll be the first president to ever be frog marched out of the White House in handcuffs and shackles by the U.S. Marines.
