A bit misleading. If you play the video you can see the QB calls the play as he walks along the formation. They then break into a traditional formation. Essentially, it’s an atypical huddle.

Essentially, it’s an atypical huddle. Yep. That's why I noted in my post #1 that it was a temporary formation. But I guess it would cause a bit of confusion in the the defense, which was the goal in the first place.
