French President Francois Hollande has suggested the rise of ISIS can be attributed to Barack Obama not backing his calls for Syrian air strikes back in 2013.
Since then, France has been victim to a string of savage Islamic State terror attacks and the President insisted too many migrants were being let into the country. 'I don't know what would have happened if we had carried out strikes. What I can say is that we did not carry out strikes, and there's Daesh,' he said, referring to ISIS by its Arabic acronym.

Obama/hillary were too busy being the Homo ambassadors to the world to be worried about things like national security.
It goes back further. First he pulled out of Iraq before they were able to defend themselves, then he supported the “Arab spring” which destabilized the Mid East. Then he supported the overthrow of Gadaffi in Libya and then he smuggled arms to the Syrian rebels who gave them to Islamic extremists in Syria.
That statement and the one earlier in the article saying the religion of Islam itself is not a threat indicates to me he doesn't understand the fundamentals of Islam.
ISIS is using those Islamic fundamentals on us Kafirs.(infidels)
Hollande is another clueless Infidel leader.

Hillary’s laughing “I came, I saw, he died” comment about the brutal killing of Gaddafi in Libya, paired with a few disturbing photos of same would highlight her attitude and actions as SoS better than anything I can think of.

They truly believe that modern western liberalism and social mores are irresistible, and that any opposition will fade over time. That belief of theirs is applicable to Islam, to Iran and Iraq, to China, even to Christians in the US.
