Watched game 7 of the 1952 WS between Dodgers and the Yankees last week on you tube, drove down Bedford Ave a few years ago when I was in Brooklyn to Ebbets Field
Haven’t followed baseball in many years but back in my
youth the Indians was my team. Go Indians.

After last night’s Indians game, I was wondering if Tito made the right move to pitch Kluber on short rest.
But now it doesn’t matter.
I didn’t expect the Toronto bats to get shut down like this, comparable to the 1963 and 1966 World Series, moreover with a decimated Cleveland starting pitching staff!
I’ve been afraid the injuries would catch up to them, like to the Cavs in the 2015 NBA finals.
But they keep on rolling!
How can anyone root for Chicago?

I’ll never forget the statement by Harry Cary way back when the Cubs were dismal...
He said, at the beginning of the last pre-season game, “Come on out...Last chance to see the Cubs before they fall out of contention!!!”
Caught a lot of grief for that...LOL
Disappointed the Jays didn’t win
but I recall in the mid-60s living in the Boston area
and at nights laying in bed pulling in the Indian games on my new futuristic transistor radio.
They were the team I rooted for, I wanted the underdogs to win.
So it’s nice to see them go on and I hope they win the World Series.
Congrats you guys. At least we won one....thanks for that lol.
