This is how our race discussion goes in America.
A guy may have had a disparaging word printed on a rec’t given to him.
OMG - put it on the news!
Pathetic.

This begs the question which is begging to be asked: What comprises "discrimination?"
The customer was served, just like any other customer. This is what is required by federal law. So, how much latitude do businesses have to express a worldview which members of these "special groups" might find offensive, just so long as they get served? An open-ended allowance for these groups to define "discrimination" as anything they want is unimaginably horrific.

Frantz Leger and family have a history of filing these kinds of lawsuits. Here is a story about his family
filing a suit after getting into an altercation with police after Frantz had been arrested for trespassing in a mall. Frantz had previously been kicked out of the mall for wearing "baggy pants", but he returned for some reason.

A restaurant named “The Dogs”? Not gonna eat there anyway.
To: nickcarraway
I assume the word was nigger? The story doesn't say and its blurred out in the receipt.
I wonder if the word will be banned from the trial and jurors only allowed to see a copy of the receipt with the word blurred out.
More PC insanity.

per the receipt, blurry, but this looks like it happened in 2015 ?
The lawsuit claims the restaurant discriminated against Leger and violated civil rights statutes.
what was the discrimination ?
what civil rights were violated ?

I was at a convenience store and noticed a receipt by one of the registers. It said ‘DRIVE OFF’ and was some small amount for gasoline. In the blank marked ‘Description’, the handwritten note said ‘the usual suspects’.
