Completely agree!
I watched it and fell asleep it was so boring!
I honestly was shocked at how boring it was and mentioned it the next night at work.
ROFL! Your dad and I could be friends. I am a big scifi and fantasy movie fan, but 2001 just tried too hard to be cerebral when it was no such thing. It kept trying to make a point and never got around to it.
The worst movie I ever saw was “Surf Nazis Must Die”. Probably can be forgiven because they probably only spent a few hundred dollars making it.
The most boring taking into consideration how much it cost to make, must have been “The ET”.
Interesting that so many disliked “Chariots Of Fire” as I thought it was one of the greatest movies ever made.
The worst movie that I thought was going to be good was “The Brady Bunch In The White House”. What a waste of a gorgeous girl (Autumn Reeser).
The Unbearable Lightness of Being. Arty crap.
“My Dinner With Andrei “ ! I fell asleep watching it!
It was something my wife made me see when we were dating, hoping it would make me more appreciative of “arts & culture”.
It didn’t!
Every Michael Moore movie.
Independence Day: Resurgence
What was that boring movie?... something with a blue fairy or blue angel.
I wanted to hang myself.
I really loved The King’s Speech.
GAWD!! I hate even hearing the name of that movie. My husband watches it everytime he sees it is on. That and ‘A League of Their Own.’
It was bad enough, but since he has learned to work both the TV remote and Roku, it’s unbearable.
He still hasn’t figured out I am changing the channels from my iPad. :-). Too high tech for him.
"Glengarry Glen Ross" can't qualify as boring because of this SCENE.
Oh without a doubt, yes...Ishtar. Has anyone mentioned Heaven’s Gate yet?
I liked Pixels. Not much potty humor. Most people hated it, though.
Ooh, ooh, Mr Kotter, I’ve got a great boring movie..Star Trek The Motion Picture.
I love “The Go-Between.” The book is even better. It has my favorite first line of any novel: “The past is a foreign country: they do things differently there.”
Andy Warhol’s “Sleep.” I never watched it, but I think he has sewn up the prize with an 5-hour movie of someone sleeping.
That’s a classic comedy, and it’s funny as hell.

See the first 10 minutes of the moving, and you're done!
