I am not a huge sports guy. I was dating a gal who’s son is HUGELY into baseball though, and I attended one of his Little League games.
I thoroughly enjoyed it. The kids (just under high school age) played their hearts out, and it was actually really good ball to watch.

Triple cities includes Binghamton, Johnson City,and Endicott...Endwell is sort of between Endicott and Johnson city...

That is pretty impressive.
A town of around 11,000 people beats a major city like Seoul.
Especially when you consider that the town has a median age of 45.8 years. That means that there is even a smaller number of young boys to select from for the team.
In my book that puts it down to the coaching. Congrats to the boys and their coaches.

I’m an old guy who knows how great you feel. Back when I was playing little league sixty something years ago, my home town all star team went on to win it all. I wasn’t good enough to make the all star team, but it was still very exciting.
