The time had come to fire Khloé Kardashian. But first, Donald Trump had a question.
“What’s your charity?” Trump asked.
They were filming “The Celebrity Apprentice,” the reality-TV show where Trump schooled the faded and the semi-famous in the arts of advertising, salesmanship and workplace infighting. Most weeks, one winner got prize money for charity. One loser got fired.

“I’m going to give $20,000 to your charity,” Trump said, according to a transcript of that show.
He didn’t.
After the show aired in 2009, Kardashian’s charity did receive $20,000. But it wasn’t from Trump. Instead, the check came from a TV production company, the same one that paid out the show’s official prizes.

This whole story is all about nothing. Trump works the tax laws like any other businessman. He ran the payout throughhanother company.

There is an issue but those watching the show usually figured out it wasn’t coming from him personally. He will say things like “ In addition, I am going to personally give you”
I am trying to find the firing of Khloe on youtube to hear his wording but so far can’t find it.
This makes me wonder if Hulk Hogan faked that body slam win over Andre the Giant.
I think this is a lame attack. Trump has comedy central or the apprentice donate money he could’ve received as income to his Foundation or directly to a charity is not a scandal. This is the dumbest attack.
Afterall, it's the US government , and taxpayers that pay for free healthcare, free college, free child care, free welfare, etc.

After watching him lay into her about her drunk driving and the fact she would have never been on the show if he had known.. you can see why she has a grudge against him.
He did not say “I personally I am going to give”..as he does sometimes..he just said I’m going to give....
Khloe did win at least one task and got $20 grand for her charity but I think he did this because he was firing her for her outside behavior but didn’t want to hurt the charity.

As long as Trump had the authority to authorize gifts what’s the problem? This is just another desperation hit piece.
