It’s tough to know what to make of this. The two women standing near her are wearing sleeveless dresses, so obviously, it’ a warm day. She’s not exactly skinny, so I would think that in hot weather like this, rather than be chilly, she would feel the heat more than a thinner person would. It is odd that she would wear something that heavy in hot weather,

Why such a heavy fall and winter coat in August. Look what everyone else is wearing.
Are there any pictures of her in summer clothing? I will search around. I think she must wear the heavier clothing to hide her medical attachments.
