It looks like Hillary is trying to imitate a human being winking but fails miserably in such a way it actually looks scary.

Looks like she’s going to try out for a role in a new MiB movie..... without makeup, she looks worst off than Edgar the bug.
When people started saying that HRC is a pathological liar, I kind of went along with it. After watching some of her interviews and complete denials of email wrongdoing I came to the conclusion that she is not a pathological liar. She actually believes the things she says. Then I decided that she is actually delusional.
However, after watching her over-the-top reaction to a few balloons and “short-circuiting” I now realize that she suffers from Asperger’s Syndrome. All of her reactions to everything are learned reactions. There is nothing sincere about her.
What’s even better is the look on the face of the senior citizen she’s talking to. “Ma’am, are you ill? What the Hell’s wrong with your face?”
It looks like he is about to give Cankles the smack you give a soda machine that just ripped you off.
How on earth does somebody wink like that? In normal human beings, your eyelid closes over your eye and touches the bottom of your eye. In this photo, it looks like the bottom part of her eye has risen up to meet the top part. That’s not possible.
Granted, I’ve been saying for months that this creature isn’t human - but now I’m really starting to wonder...
What she is wearing ? Another sofa cover.
I wonder if she’s Borg.
The only “Winking eye” Hillary has any interest in is Huma’s.
