Clinton’s most serious “policy problem” would be the traitorous transfer of Military Satellite technology to China, in exchange for Millions of dollars laundered into his 1996 re-election campaign.
That technology transfer was fought by the Military and State dept, until they succumbed to political pressure.
Most defense analysts agree that China’s missile capabilities were greatly improved as a result of Clinton’s tech trade betrayal.
