Bullying isn't just for school kids on the playground.
Andrew Faas, a former senior executive with Canada's two largest retail organizations, found this out the hard way when he blew the whistle on a corrupt colleague, and subsequently had his phone and email hacked and even received an anonymous death threat.
To help others, Faas says in his new book, " The Bully's Trap," any worker being hired or promoted in a supervisory position should be required to take a psychological test.
What would it test for? The 20 signs listed in the Hare Psychopathy Checklist, as developed by renowned psychologist Robert Hare.
A psychopath may not show all he signs, but they will likely demonstrate at least some of them, Faas says.
Here are 13 sign that one of your coworkers may be a psychopath, from Hare's checklist, Faas, and articles we found on Psychology Today:
"I think the most telling sign is their sadistic nature," Faas says.
A psychopath motivates others through fear, rather than respect, he says, and they intend to destroy rather than correct.

How would you score Hillary?
He says he will hurt you and everyone laughs at the thought....
Off the charts.
15 out of 13.
The only thing she lacks is a brush mustache.
[A psychopath motivates others through fear, rather than respect, he says, and they intend to destroy rather than correct.]
I’m sure the drill sergeants will be glad to hear this. LOL
Hillary scores 100% on that test. :-)
Ha. They used Hillary FOR the test.
But drill sergeants DO intend to destroy-their purpose is to destroy the civilian mindset, and replace it with a military one.
Considering how many of these traits are subjective I would say this “test” is pretty much worthless.
1. They have sadistic motives and intents
2. They’re glib and constantly turn on the superficial charm
3. They have a grandiose estimation of self
4. They’re confident even in the face of overwhelming evidence
5. They’re a pathological liar
6. They don’t think the rules apply to them
7. They live a parasitic lifestyle
8. They are cunning and manipulative
9. They had early behavioral problems
10. They don’t feel emotions like normal people
11. Their long-term goals are not realistic
12. They show no remorse or guilt
13. They have a scary temper
Hillary scores a zero on #2, but otherwise she has perfect marks. It’s not just that she has those traits to some extent. Hillary is a caricature of the psychopath traits, except that she has no charm at all, superficial or otherwise.
After a day with Huma, it’s visible.
Psyco bosses + postal workers = ?
BJ and Obungo score pretty high on those criteria, too.
Hillary is off the scale.
Reminds me of a couple of people in the RNC candidate race and one in the DNC candidate race plus a few men I know...
14. Listens to Barbra Streisand CDs.
I think the big banks would use the test to figure WHO to promote. You need to be a little sick in the head to want to sell financial instruments that you know are worthless.
