After Tawny Nelson's car broke down at night in the pouring rain with her four young daughters crying in the back, countless people just drove by as she begged for help.

At that moment, a 74-year-old man with a bad limp knocked on the window. He handed her a plate of food and bottles of water for her family and let her know that a tow truck was on its way and that his wife was going to drive them home. The next day, the gentleman returned to her house with a mechanic and they made multiple repairs to her car.
After the kind stranger left, Tawny asked the mechanic if she could set up a payment plan, but he informed her that the man had already taken care of the bill.

I appreciate your skepticism here, and as you said, the story is missing details. But it looks genuine to me.

I would never feel bad for those allowed to grow their own character. I would feel bad if the single mother and four kids got a giant cardboard check for their tough breakdown and spent the next ten years spending it between appearances on talk shows. Children didn’t ask for any of this obviously. Blame it on the wide open and fully entitled to your tax dollars beaver that spawned four children with no father figure to speak of. We have slid such a long way from decency that this is considered normal and alright.
Mexicans are alright. They are an ascendant culture when compared with self-hating and infighting whites. When I metal detect, I search where Mexicans play. Whites wear junk, unless they’re in the Bahamas or Florida.
I lived for decades in the far north & before that I lived in a southern rural area. Such volunteer roadside assistance wouldn’t be news in rural and remote areas — quite the opposite in fact. It seems to be a rare for strangers to offer roadside assistance to strangers in cities.

Only with one certain demographic are you almost always right about being a single mom. Otherwise it could just be a mom running errands without did but with the kids.

The men suck, too. I blame men more than women for the present situation because we ought to know better, but the conditioning (brainwashing) in our culture is overwhelming and most can’t resist for long. Women have been known, forever, to be the weaker sex, and for this very good reason restrictions were placed upon them for the good of society. Now that we are all equal the truth is standing up.

She could have been the one needing help.

Single mothers aren’t always sluts, spitting out welfare babies without benefit of wedlock, ya know.
A lot of single mothers started out as married women who took vows “til death us do part” and were blindsided when dad bailed out to run off with some lunch hour lap dancer.
