Took decades to close the books on Cooper.

Covered up Hillarygate in a couple of weeks.

Must not have been able to find any intent.

I was fishing downstream from where he landed. I scooped up some of the money and bought some new fishing tackle. The bear got what was left.

Perhaps the FBI closed the book on the D.B. Cooper case in order to make room for a bigger investigation into the Clinton Foundation. At least in the CF we know who the key suspects are.

is the reason the FBI screwed up so miserably on the Clinton investigation... because they were all out looking for DB Cooper?

Under the rule in Hillary’s Case, there must have been some ambiguity about his intent - or else he donated the money to the Clinton foundation.

For those not up to date. Cooper bailed out in a huge storm, not clear skies as the movie showed, and was never heard from again.
Several years later, a family in Oregon, on a day outing, came upon a suitcase full of moldy money from that incident.

Much was made of it, then the husband was arrested as it was found he had a warrant out for come crime in Oklahoma.

The rest of the money has never been found, and the serial numbers have never turned up.

We were still spending money on this case?

They certainly do not want to show any expenditures on Mrs Clinton.

The most likely scenario is that he died on landing or before or shortly after.

A body of any kind is destroyed very quickly in the wild.

There is always the chance tho.

“Must not have been able to find any intent.”

This comment wins the thread. Hands down.
