Pluto isn't quite as lonely as scientists had thought.
Astronomers have discovered another dwarf planet in the Kuiper Belt, the ring of icy objects beyond Neptune. But this newfound world, dubbed 2015 RR245, is much more distant than Pluto, orbiting the sun once every 700 Earth years, scientists said. (Pluto completes one lap around the sun every 248 Earth years.)
"The icy worlds beyond Neptune trace how the giant planets formed and then moved out from the sun," discovery team member Michele Bannister, of the University of Victoria in British Columbia, said in a statement. "They let us piece together the history of our solar system."
...
The exact size of 2015 RR245 is not yet known, but the researchers think it's about 435 miles (700 kilometers) wide. Pluto is the largest resident of the Kuiper Belt, with a diameter of 1,474 miles (2,371 km).
The research team first spotted 2015 RR245 in February of this year, while poring over images that the Canada-France-Hawaii Telescope in Hawaii took in September 2015 as part of the ongoing Outer Solar System Origins Survey (OSSOS).
"There it was on the screen this dot of light moving so slowly that it had to be at least twice as far as Neptune from the sun," Bannister said.

But do I have to guess again, after #3752?
Consider the era and class differences. Albania was a septic field compared to pre WWI Turkey, what was it to very class concious France.
King Zog may have worn remnants of most of his meals along side his gaudy bric-brac and medals, and with muslim hygienic standards of the day...well.
That is true. The Balkans remain very different from more pleasant parts of Europe!
Not Ferrari... no need to guess again unless you want to. TC and I agreed to let moose take a turn before revealing the answer.
Anoreth, do you recognize this car at 3,740?
DP suggests Renault.
I got it! I had it but Ferrari came out instead.
Still, in the name of good sportsmanship, I’ll wait for Moosie.
I need to go get ready for church, but the suspense is killing me!
A Bugatti?
Excellent!
Is that it?
Anoreth and Monkey face take it.
But it was not just any Bugatti.
Bugatti Royale Type 41 “Esders Roadster”, on display with Ettore Bugattis oldest son Jean Bugatti.
Only seven were built, with six surving to this day. Designed for royalty the six cars underwent several coach work changes on the chassis and drive train. The unreparable casualty was wrecked when one of the sons swerved to avoid a drunk Frenchman on a bycycle. One was picked up by Jay Leno.

There are several very good youtube videos about the Type 41.
sorry about the delay in replying, signal went weak.
Sure. He probably would wonder where the smell went.
I have been informed that another feline has appeared on the scene, acting all scared and such. Which it would be if it was dumped out on the road. Sex is unknown at this point.
Hopefully its survival instinct is high or it will be a quick coy-o-tay lunch. There are many fine hidey holes here on the farm that are too small for a lupocaninetype critter to enter. They were in the northwest yard last night just out of the cornfield, which put them about 120 yards from the house. We heard them and went outside to investigate and the door was bumrushed by one of our outdoor cats, one was hiding securely under one of the cars, and the third was on the front porch. A ‘new’ cat won’t have learned all the nooks and crannies yet.
Afternoon! Very nice car, but Jean Bugatti is dressed like a fool.
I took four kids to Mass and came home with six, the Boy Scouts having arrived from Ft. Bragg in the meantime. Pat lost a tooth over the weekend, and James lost two.
Good luck with the new kitteh!
Got any 7’s, T-c?
While I was outside with the peeps this morning, we saw a lot of cars from the car show, today being the last day. I thought briefly that I would go to the Fiesta, next year, as that is the rallying point for display before Water Street opens, but I won’t be here, will I? ;o]
It’s nice to be able to say that!
I hope the New Cat on the Block doesn’t get et before he finds some hidey-holes, Nc
Oh, my. I need another breathing treatment. Gack!
I think they have car shows everywhere.
Nice Car there, Covenantor.
Sorry I couldn’t join in your event, but things where a little on the busy side today.
I had a model Bugatti Royale as a kid. It was a kit thrown out by a shop for having missing parts. The plastic and fabricated brass parts worked together when painted in light blue.
