Pluto isn't quite as lonely as scientists had thought.
Astronomers have discovered another dwarf planet in the Kuiper Belt, the ring of icy objects beyond Neptune. But this newfound world, dubbed 2015 RR245, is much more distant than Pluto, orbiting the sun once every 700 Earth years, scientists said. (Pluto completes one lap around the sun every 248 Earth years.)
"The icy worlds beyond Neptune trace how the giant planets formed and then moved out from the sun," discovery team member Michele Bannister, of the University of Victoria in British Columbia, said in a statement. "They let us piece together the history of our solar system."
...
The exact size of 2015 RR245 is not yet known, but the researchers think it's about 435 miles (700 kilometers) wide. Pluto is the largest resident of the Kuiper Belt, with a diameter of 1,474 miles (2,371 km).
The research team first spotted 2015 RR245 in February of this year, while poring over images that the Canada-France-Hawaii Telescope in Hawaii took in September 2015 as part of the ongoing Outer Solar System Origins Survey (OSSOS).
"There it was on the screen this dot of light moving so slowly that it had to be at least twice as far as Neptune from the sun," Bannister said.

Federal Appeals Court Upholds Criminal Charges Against 13 Year Old for Burping in Class
Oh, and if that's you, you got a message and you'll know what I'm talking about. If it's not, someone will be scratching their head at the possibly encrypted note delivered by socialist media.. ;-)
Haven't been near or by a School in 26 years.
But they are turning out special snowflakes ,now.
There is no way criminal charges could be bought against anyone for belching.
There is no law against it and it does tend to be a bit of a national sport. A well timed burp is priceless.
This is where the two countries legal systems differ, a crime is specifically defined, not left open to the vagaries of "misdemeanor " or "endangerment".
Also things are banned on a specific level. Blanket bans are not possible, each individual item has to be specifically targeted.
Nothing is illegal unless a specific law prohibits it, there are no laws giving permission.
All activities are legal unless otherwise legislated against.
The prime example is the Segway electric scooter.
Banned on the public highway due to the motorbike laws and insurance problems.
They aren't identifiable by registration markings ,etc.
However, you can use one off road on private land, not because the law says you can, but because it doesn't say you cannot.
DSL is being unstable so I guess I’ll let Tipton T. Longcat have my chair..
Sleep well. :)

Good morning! Good thing you didn’t need to use the sink for anything ...
Morning all.
For many, many years my algorithm has said if I don’t have a reason to stay in bed I need to get up.
I’m thinking I’ve had that backwards all these years.
