Some cop cars riddled with bullets look like they were hit with a .30 caliber projectile.

But if you scroll down on this site you can see that the side impact is clearly .22 caliber bullet holes.

Sounds like more BS.

Sounds like more BS.

Looking at that photo on the Daily Mail website, I'm not convinced those are bullet holes. Automotive sheet metal bends more when a bullet hits it, rolling the edge inward. Those holes look almost like someone made them with a drill bit.

In my experience, .30 cal bullet holes in sheet metal are surrounded by a dent. Those look like .22 cal to me.
