Yes, the stuff about war with Russia and possibly China was unexpected (and unexplained). I think Putin would rather have a stable West to deal with rather than turmoil, and he seems have a mutual respect thing going with Trump. Beyond that, who knows?

SAPs are Special Access Programs.
They are classified programs for which access to them goes beyond holding a normal security clearance (Confidential, Secret, Top Secret).
You must be “read into” a SAP and have “special access” granted to you by the controlling agency.
Unlike a normal security clearance, denial of access to a SAP program cannot be appealed or contested.
Not surprised to read that it all comes together at the Clinton Foundation or that the corruption is so deep or so widespread or that Soros is the ringmaster, just surprised that it's even worse than my worst thoughts and fears.
And that list of 10 issues the former red team planner had posted will make sleeping a bit of a challenge for a while, too.

Thank you, yes, I did some reading about it. She had SAP docs on her servers. Docs she had no business having. Docs she was selling.
I want to know more about what they know about the Clinton Foundation. The press needs to stfu about the emails and ask why there was no mention of the Clinton Foundation in Comey’s statement. That’s where the crimes are.
