Right, Comey says she committed crimes. He outlined how all her statements were lies. And then he says no reasonable prosecutors would prosecute. Which means, if you are too politically important, you are above the law.

Reasonable prosecutors are clearly prosecutors who protect their own ass. What does this say about our government? Its rigged.

Trump can run all summer on “Hillary was accused of being careless with classified documents” by the FBI. You want a careless person to be president?

“...we did not find clear evidence that Secretary Clinton or her colleagues intended to violate laws...”

Good to know. It’s comforting to know if I break the law, all I have to do is say I didn’t intend to break the law, and I will be set free.

Remember Scooter Libby? He allegedly outed Vallarie Plame regarding her desk job at the CIA. Wasn’t Scooter at all and they failed to prove their contention yet they prosecuted Scooter because he allegedly lied to a FBI agent. Scooter did time. The only evidence that the FBI had on Scooter were the hand-written notes of an interview that Scooter did with an FBI agent. Yet he went to jail. Why? Because he was an aide to the vile Vice-President Dick Cheney. Washington is rotten to the core. God please help my Grandchildren.

Gross Negligence is also actionable under “Care Less Ness” because it presumes a lack of directed agency to safeguard against a peril...

He gave her cover.

Did he? If he put out the same report of discoveries and then recommended prosecution, what would Lynch and Obama and Congressional Rats do? Recommend a Special Prosecutor, shred all of Comeys work as biased and unprofessional, fire Comey and the agents he worked with, and start all over again. What Hillary did involved the direct criminal actions of the President of the United States. That was her leverage on him, and Bill reminded Lynch of that on the plane, face to face.

As it is, Comey is preserving his work for another day. After all, Trump said he'd prosecute, and Comey said he has prosecutable evidence. So where's the problem here? If you look squarely at what is going on, it's LYNCH who announced she wouldn't prosecute, because Comey works FOR Lynch. And Lynch ordered Comey to not recommend prosecution - but she didn't order him not to find evidence of crimes. So, he found the evidence, and obeyed his boss's orders, which BTW came ultimately from the President himself.

It’s as obvious as the wart on Obama’s face. Anyone who has been around classified messages and networks would know this.

Why would you believe the FBI anyway. How many senior bankers went to jail over the huge loan scandals that virtually sunk the country in 2008.....NOT A ONE. I guess they did not willfully do what is was they did, by Comey’s standards that is.

“Isn’t there like a statue of limitations on that?”
“Statute.”
“What?”
“Statute of limitations. It’s not a statue.”
“No, it’s statue.”
“Fine, it’s a sculpture of limitations.”

The problem here. Is that He ends by making a case that no prosecutor would go after someone so big. He practically said, she is above the law.
