Issa: FBI "Has No Choice"; Must Indict Clinton
The New American ^ | Feb 5, 2016 | C. Mitchell Shaw

The FBI "really has no choice" but to recommend an indictment against former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, according to former House Oversight Committee Chairman Darrell Issa (R-Calif., shown). His statement echoes Tom DeLay's claim last week that the FBI is "ready to indict."

While much of the focus has been on the fact that Clinton passed classified information over an unsecured server, Issa pointed out that, as bad as that is, there is more to it:

These are documents that are not only highly classified, but she took them from government. Let's not forget when she left government, she didn't leave a copy. She took it all. So, it's taking and holding classified documents.

The order is to stand-down.

If they do not, the FBI will have the credibility of Dan Rather.

Does anybody think they care what people think? Like every other government agency, they could care less what the little people think or have to say.

The FBI can’t indict. All they can do is make a referral to DOJ.

They can make an arrest though, right? Then can't they take their sweet time before they move to indict? Like about 7 months.

"If they do not, the FBI will have the credibility of Dan Rather."

The FBI most certainly recommend indictment and the DOJ is certain to go along with it.

There is NO RISK and no potential retribution if they do. Obama is out in six months. Trump is certain to win even if Hillary is not charged due to the political firestorm and Dem defections that would cause.

Lynch would find herself in the running for a Supreme Court nomination as would James Comey.

Hell, he might even one day ride the decision into the White House.

The only 3 people in the world who risk a downside are Bill&Hillary, and Obama. And, under a Trump admin they're all in trouble anyway.

Hillary's grand plan to avoid prosecution by getting elected is now pure fantasy and everyone knows it, even her.

That’s true as well, it’s all wording when it comes to these lowlifes, but I still think Hitlery will be indicted and before the convention on the 25th. Democrats are insane but they aren’t stupid, they damn well know Hitlery will lose her ass against Trump thus all the fire right now. Bill met with Lynch because he KNOWS Hitlery is going to be indicted and that was a last ditch attempt to thwart that, but I believe Lynch told him to go F himself. I said last month, expect Hillary to be indicted right before the Rat convention and that is exactly what is going to happen. I think they will nominate Biden and the whole convention will focus on Bidens dead son just like they used the death of Paul Wellstone. If they do that, Trump will have a very hard time winning the election. I just cannot believe Democrats would be so incredibly stupid as to nominate Hillary. If they do, Trump will be next POTUS. I hope they DO nominate her, but I really think they arent that stupid thus she will be indicted in the coming weeks.

All according to the DNC’s plans. They had to give “queen hildebeast” the respect of letting her run. They also know she’s a weak candidate, and will lose to Trump.
An indictment will solve both problems. She had her chance, and Biden will be the nominee.

The FBI can and SHOULD ask the Justice Dept to indict but don’t hold your breath.

United States v. Lee 1882

No man in this country is so high that he is above the law. No
officer of the law may set that law at defiance with impunity. All the
officers of the government, from the highest to the lowest, are
creatures of the law and are bound to obey it.
It is the only supreme power in our system of government, and
every man who by accepting office participates in its functions is only
the more strongly bound to submit to that supremacy, and to observe
the limitations which it imposes upon the exercise of the authority
which it gives.

Wait a minute. What about Bernie? If Hillary's out, do you think his supporters will quietly accept Biden?

If that happens, a think a sizeable share of Biden supporters will stay home or vote for Trump during the general.

People on both sides are sick of the corrupt Washington establishment. That's the big story of this election cycle. And the Brexit aftermath.

The FBI indicts no one. Lynch is the Hillabitch’s last line of obstruction ... and kneepad Loretta will do as she is told and obstruct indictment. The democrats ALWAYS run a thoroughly corrupt regime when they seize power. They are not going to relinquish it this time just over people voting. I suspect that when the Reichstag burns this time, the foolish people will be begging Herr Obama to remain in power.

If the FBI seeks an indictment, would it be before a Grand Jury in the DC area, and what are the chances that the Grand Jury would render an impartial and lawful decision?
