It was out looking for a bicycle to pedal.
To: Redcitizen
One of its paws is missing. Probably because of a trap.
I wish they’d capture it and put it in a zoo.

....think it has an injured right rear hip or something...seems to wobble when on all fours
maybe by being upright it relieves some of the pain

Right fore is missing or contracted. Been that way for a while. Actually ambulates well on two.

Bear trapping except for Maine and AK has been illegal for decades.
Do you have any idea how big a trap would have to be to take a bears foot off.
Just unnecessary speculation on your part.
To: Jonty30
Looks like both front legs are injured more likely hit by a vehicle.
To: dennisw
its as if he’s had one to many and doesn’t want anyone to notice....

Excellent for comparison with the Patterson film of Sasquatch. There is no similarity other than the upright posture.

He may have been hit by a vehicle and injured.
To: JimRed
Yeah, whatever is in the Patterson film, it’s not a bear.

From the videos, it looks like his right front paw is crippled.

I agree. Seems to be able to get down on all 4s, but then is right back up.

They have to catch this thing- with two bad front paws it can probably not feed itself very well.
