Support for Donald Trump has plunged as he has alienated fellow Republicans and large majorities of voters overall in the course of a month of self-inflicted controversies, propelling Democrat Hillary Clinton to a double-digit lead nationally in a new Washington Post-ABC News poll.
The survey finds sweeping unease with the presumptive Republican nominees candidacy from his incendiary rhetoric and values to his handling of both terrorism and his own business foreshadowing that the November election could be a referendum on Trump more than anything else.
Roughly two in three Americans say they think Trump is unqualified to lead the nation; are anxious about the idea of him as president; believe his comments about women, minorities and Muslims show an unfair bias; and see his attacks on a federal judge because of his Mexican-American heritage as racist.
A slimmer majority say they disapprove of the way Clinton has handled questions about her use of a personal email server while she was secretary of state, and half of Americans are anxious about the prospect of a Clinton presidency, underscoring the historic unpopularity of the two major-party candidates.

Close enough.
The Monsters Are Due on Maple Street
That's it. It's July, folks. Don't mean nothin'
Yes, but it is a WAPO poll—they have an ax to grind with Trump because he pulled their press credentials for lying...I don’t believe any of their polling info.
It is meant to drive down fundraising and excitement.

I wonder how long it took the two pajama boys -Scott Clement and Philip Rucker - to come up with this opening line.
Poll from Minitrue
When New Jersey turned into a battleground state, it is pretty much over for Hillary
I have not seen one single Hillary sign here in New Jersey. Granted I travel mostly around Ocean, Monmouth, Mercer, Middlesex and Burlington Counties. I have yet to see one Hillary sign, seen a few Bernie’s, one outside a superfund site and another on an empty lot in Sayreville. But I see tons of Trump signs, even home made ones on 4x8 pieces of plywood, the Trump enthusiasm is huge here in New Jersey.
I have seen one “Hillary for Prison 2016” does that count as a Hillary sign?
Yes she does have health issues.
And so does Bill Clinton. He looks like he’s not long for this world.
Does the helmet you wore as a child still fit?
Oh dear. Sorry if you’re butthurt. Get help for it while you still can.
Is this one of those instances where the “experts” are reading the graph upside down?
I know, it’s being broadcast from the rooftops everywhere. Even more suspicious is it’s timing after Brexit and Orlando.
It’s still June. The conventions haven’t taken place yet. Neither candidate has announced a vice-presidential nominee. Polls right now are fairly meaningless.
I don’t know one Hillary supporter. Everyone I know who talks politics is voting Trump.
Polls on the Internet often show “The Donald” with a ridiculous lead over “the beest.” Ratios of 90%/10% or better can sometimes be seen. Are libs/Hillaryvoters/progressives devoid of access to the Net? Freeping alone can’t account for the lopsidedness of these results.
Or maybe they are trying to set up a resigned acceptance when they fix the results of the election in November.
The UK doesn’t have the history of vote fraud that we have in the US. There, fake polls were psyops. Here, they are part of a campaign for fraud.
Beware of phony stories planted in American news when the Post is involved. It’s the democrat tactic for election fraud.
