At Disney I’ve always done a lot or looking around ...as most people do..
watching people or things and taking pics at Disney is normal behavior..
standing for a long time watching and taking pics of a building etc in downtown Washington DC etc is not normal unless you are interested in old architecture like I am.. :)

All it would take is for a Disney tourist to snap a picture of a security detail or an employee entrance. Ding. Ding. Goes the flags. Unfortunately the Gay Club had no such security surveillance.
