MENTOR, Ohio A man dressed as a woman groped a teenage girl at the Mentor Public Library.
Police are still looking for the man involved in the May 29 incident, Mentor police Lt. Dan Molnar said Friday.
The girl was not physically harmed.
Surveillance cameras captured the man entering the library in the 8200 block of Mentor Avenue at 11:30 a.m. dressed in a black dress, wig and high heels.
The man struck up a conversation with the 14-year-old girl, police said.
The two joked about the man's attire before he touched the teen inappropriately, according to police reports.

I guess I was groped about three times between 16 and 18. I was catcalled countless times, and it made me hate my body, even though I knew the fault was with those who did it.
The men who harassed me seemed to think I was asking for it because I was large-breasted. Yep, I grew them on purpose just to get their attention. /sarc
While I was often miserable, there was no way those bastards were going to ruin my life. They didn’t.
She’ll be told to get over her discomfort...
I looked it over. Girls and women have problems in much the same way men have historically had problems with hormones and life. Sadly, with women being pushed into men’s bathrooms and the draft (as well as childbirth and 48 hour work weeks), they have a hell of a lot more problems than I ever had to deal with.
You hated your body because you got catcalls?
I used to cross the street to avoid catcalls in NYC from the hardhats. Never, ever made me hate either myself or my body. Made me hate those guys, though, because I had to walk longer distances to go to my workplace.
Now I’m of an age where the catcalls have died off - and I’m not fond of that, either.
Life is tough and then you die.
I am sorry for you. You shouldn’t have had to endure this harassment. If I were your dad and knew abut it, they would have regretted it.
Puberty is tough.
