They should set an example, how about merging with the WNBA, like they absorbed the remnants of the old ABA back in the 70's (Nets, Nuggets, Spurs & Pacers)? And have their scouts hang out at women's collegiate basketball games and call on all other sports leagues and the NCAA to end "gender specific" teams.
