What is the meaning of the patch on the left shoulder?
Never seen that photo before. Are these the “baby killers” we heard the leftists like Kerry screaming about?

The patch worn on the left shoulder indicates the current unit of assignment. Any patch worn on the right shoulder indicates “former wartime service,” colloquially referred to as the “combat patch.”
