Trump +5 (just a headline on Drudge, at the moment)
Drudge Report ^ | 5/19/2016 | (unknown yet)

This is just a headline currently on the Drudgereport.

He's probably going to link to an article soon.

But this seems positive, so I'm posting it now.

"Up until this point, once Trump had a supporter, that supporter could not be moved. Incredibly loyal base of support. I'm wondering if that will continue with "late deciders."

Anyone who has listened/watched Trump a few times and does not own a Obama-phone can't help but be awakened to becoming a staunch supporter.........

Agree, a slower, steady rise would be "nicer" to see at least IMO. The way interest peaked and waned with different candidates during the early primaries pointed to a lot of volatility on the Republican side. Granted, 16-17 candidates will do that.

The other side of the coin is with Trump building momentum this quickly, eventually the other side gets "worn down" and the "may as well vote for the winner" factor starts kicking in. That could happen too I suppose.

I also agree: this has to be putting a TON of pressure on the Democrats to toss Shrillary overboard and go with someone else (Biden/Sanders?) That would simply reek of desperation on their part. Biden entering the race would turn this into a fight though. Uncle Joe may not have command of the facts (he rarely does...) but the Dem's like it that he fights back and that's what they want too.

We live in interesting times.

"Trump +5"

Very sad. Trump has peaked.

(again)

The post-election meme is “it’s not a mandate, he needs to adopt a bipartisan approach and work with the other side” aka give the left what it wants.

Also, the homeless and poor reemerge from their media blackout whenever a Republican wins, and the MSM suddenly remembers the true state of the economy and blames it on the election result.

You do have brain cells, right? So-called “peak Trump” was supposed to be 25%, then 30%, then 35%, then 40%, and now you, genius, are saying it’s “peaked” at 45%?

Reread the last sentence of post 6. Methinks he is talking about the White House. Tres droll.

That’s a very reasonable prediction, one I hope happens.

A jetliner full of human beings goes down and the headline is "Trump +5"

Once again, Trump dominates the news cycle.

Trump peaked in July of last year a couple weeks after announcing. He’s never looked back. The same goes for the general election. It just starts a couple months sooner.

Unless he makes a huge mistake, dies, or is indicted for criminal behavior, I think people are beginning to critically consider their two choices and coming out with Trump or no vote.

If Bernie continues his fight all the way to convention, the Democrat party will be so fragmented that the losing candidate will swing many votes to Trump. I hope he goes third party or write-in as that would decimate the Dem downticket and possibly give Republicans very strong government power, and for 2 years Trump could get a lot done.

I hope he cuts the government in half, tosses out Obamacare, and sells a good amount of federal land.

Not all the people who show up at Trump rallies are Republican, not by any means.

So much MORE of his support is coming from the “uncommitted middle”, that supposedly fickle voter base that is so easily driven away from the Republicans when the Republicans “stand up” for conservative principles.

The Donald may not be a 100%, blue-ribbon example of “conservative”, but he sure breaks it down into parts that resonates with a growing majority in the “uncommitted middle”, and in doing so, has drawn them to something they have not had much contact with for years.

The Reagan Democrats are back, and with them, some large part of good, solid, thinking and sensible people who have never identified with EITHER party. They do not see The Donald as either “Republican” or “conservative”, but they do see a kindred soul who is willing to say what they have been thinking.

I agree, but I believe 10% will be subtracted by voter fraud.

That’s how I came up with 55%-60% in my prediction of final results in November.

I hope Trump makes the elimination of voter fraud an early and high priority of his first years in office.
