“The delivery began on May 5 and was finally brought to its destination on May 8. “
Dude, I called you on May 5 and you deliver to me 3 days later? let me talk to your supervisor.
Every time I eat a Pizza Hut Cheese pizza, I have a high.
Can I get into the Guinness Book of Records or is that only for beer drinkers?
After that 3 day delivery, I hope they didn’t eat the thing. Somehow, I doubt the pizza remained at the 165 F required to inhibit bacterial growth during the entire journey. And if they had kept it warm enough for that long, who knows what other kinds of stuff would have happened to it? What would the cheese be like?
And they guy at the summit made a $2 tip.
That’s alittle inside joke for anyone here who has chauffeured pizza in their working lives.
I was a waiter who DROVE TO YOUR TABLE and people would toss me two bucks as a tip.
Yea but I’m out of the city limits by 300 yards and they won’t deliver to my house.
I’d be more impressed to learn that ‘pork topping’ was made from pork.
Pepperoni??? I ordered SAUSAGE and extra cheese!!!
I haven’t been able to get pizza delivery for 25 years.
Sorry dude, this pizza is cold...
Take it back...
No tip either...
Meh... hot pizzas from launch to arrival at ISS only takes 6 hours on average......
3 days for piece’o hut ? Amateurs ....:o)
Isn’t it free if it doesn’t make it in 30 minutes or less?
Aren’t they the company that offers “30 minutes or less, or it’s free!”?
Could you have them deliver to an address just inside city limits with the instruction to call you when they get there and then you drive up?
I delivered pies too!
Best most worst days of my young life.
The whole tipping thing instilled in me a deep malaise regarding humanity in general; a cynicism or mistrust that I carry with me to this day.
Plus it was lots of fun with odd experiences. Saw several semi dressed females, which back then was worthy of a diary entry.
I note they used and airplane for part of the delivery.
Should have used an airplane for ALL of the delivery.
So what, and this is important? Kenya is not the most favorable place in the world to set such a record, as if anyone should care.
Ha...that’s exactly what I thought...”no way did they keep that at safe temperature.” Would have been better to carry it in a refrigerated contraption..who doesn’t like cold pizza?
Well, maybe most people; it was my “breakfast of champions” all the way through college:)
