A North Dakota woman said Monday she was kicked out of a Garth Brooks concert before the show started for using the mens bathroom.
Samantha Bergh told Valley News Live that her husband took her to go see the country music superstar as a Mothers Day gift. The concert in Fargo was attended by thousands of fans wanting to see Brooks.
Right before Garth Brooks was to start we went to the bathroom. The womens line was a good 100 people long, Bergh told Valley News Live. It was insanely long and there was no wait for the mens so I just went into the mens.
Bergh told the TV station that when she came out of the bathroom a FargoDome security officer and a Fargo police officer were waiting for them. Bergh said she was sober and wasnt rude to the officers, but was still escorted out of the venue.

If she had used her transgender license....it’d been OK.
Come on Samantha; you know only transgendered men are allowed to use women’s restrooms! Get with the program!
Unintended consequences of these sick freaks and their insistence upon shoving their degenerate lifestyle down out throats (No pun intended).
This has been happening at big concerts for years. Women who have been drinking beer for hours and really need to go. Line at the ladies room backs-up around the corner and down the hall. They get desperate and crash the mens’ room. Most guys I know are actually OK with this.
So, this has something to do with “transgenderism”? Or is it that she is a normal women, having all her original equipment intact, and therefore has no right to use whichever bathroom she wanted?
Maybe she should have borrowed her husband's jacket and hat, and declared that for 5 minutes "she self-identified as a male".
I mean, why not? It's all the rage...
There is always a line for the women’s restroom. Just one of the reasons I can’t figure out why any guy would choose it over the men’s.
This is not uncommon at concert venues and usually by agreement. This is not the pervert cross dressing version.
So now we have the bathroom police.
It’s not like this is anything new. Why such a big deal.
What a stupid, retarded nation we have become thanks to our ruling political and media class.
Keep the masses distracted with ridiculous hot button social issues while they rob us blind.
Like I said in my comment, if you got to go, you got to go, and when the line was 100 women deep. I don’t blame her.
I have a question...
Can “Chaz” Bono now claim to be a women (had reassignment surgery to be a man), and claim to be transgenered, and use the Women’s restroom?
????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
Saw the same thing in my town during a Jimmy Buffett show in my town in the 90s. Many women using the mens. Not enough RR capacity for the females. never understood that really. If there is such a thing as gender inequity this situation would qualify IMO.
Not being allowed to use the mens restroom is as much for her own safety as it is for mens privacy. Glad she got booted.
Hell why not? Anything goes in this liberal bubble world!
Correct me if I’m wrong but isn’t Garth Brooks a Democrat? I thought they were the party of inclusion and tolerance.
Great idea.
Hell why not? Anything goes in this liberal bubble world!

The Libs will have to come up with a new designation for the sick bastards who had reassignment surgery, and now want to be what they used to be in case they want to use the other sexes Rest rooms.
sick, sick freaks!
Good gosh. Most men have heard this kind of thing a gazillion times, and nobody has an issue with it, because we all know the reality of people flow is a lot, lot slower, and if ya gotta go, ya gotta go.
Run in mens room, duck in stall, pee, leave.
I must say, we are always impressed to hear of women who don’t use the stall...
