DOVER, Del. — Three teenage girls have been charged in a high school restroom assault in Delaware that left a 16-year-old girl dead, authorities said Monday.
The Delaware attorney general's office announced the charges after meeting earlier in the day with the mother and older brother of the victim, Amy Joyner-Francis.

Its crazy that we can’t discuss certain subjects. Such as, what is it about black culture which causes so many to have poor impulse control, and a desire to settle all slights, real and imagined, with violence.
One is considered racist to even bring up issues of black culture. Nobody wants to see people getting killed. Yet it seems to happen disproportionately among certain types of people. Yet we aren’t allowed to talk about why this is.

Slaves in the South saw this sort of behavior from the poor whites, who for the most part were from Scotland and Ireland.
So, ultimately, they're "acting White".

Joyner-Francis, a sophomore at Wilmington’s Howard High School of Technology, died April 21 after a fight broke out shortly before classes were to begin.
Authorities said a 16-year-old girl, the only person believed to have struck Joyner-Francis, is charged with criminally negligent homicide, which is punishable by up to eight years in prison. Prosecutors said they will seek permission from Family Court to have the girl tried as an adult in state Superior Court.
The other two suspects, also 16, are charged with third-degree criminal conspiracy, which is punishable by up to a year in prison, they added. They will be tried in Family Court.

My sceptic alarm is going off. All of Africa is plagued with this type of violence and white people from Scotland and Ireland get blamed?
The slaves were all, after the “Late Unpleasantness”, at least two generations removed from Africa, and I’m quite sure that behavior was not tolerated in the antebellum era.
But, they were generally aware, especially after the war, of that behavior among the poor whites (generally descended from the Lowland Scots) they encountered.
I feel so sorry for the parents and family of the murdered girl. According to all reports she was a good girl and an excellent student. They are in my prayers.
The girls that caused her to die will have no life worth living.
The local people know the families.
How can they ever walk in the community with their heads up???
