I don’t know about aviation vests but in boating there are usually only three types: small, med and large. Would not be out of the realm for the media to get the jargon wrong. If she had a “small” its possible she still could have go it over her neck just not where the life vest is supposed to go which his lower on the body.

I'm sure the "[e]ye-witness is always hard to beat" is one of the central tenets of this ruse. If the dupes all stick to their story--and these did--it's pretty difficult for anyone to prove them wrong.
However, I think that's exactly where we are with this one.
Back in 1967, some folks knew activities the government might like to undertake would involve the collusion of several participants, who, being insiders and otherwise compensated, would be ready to testify falsely. That would be known as a conspiracy.
But if the very mention of "conspiracy" were to draw a conditioned, eye-roll response, real conspiracies (read: government) could be doubly insulated from exposure to a sleepy populace.
1) It's hard to break the word of multiple eye-witnesses and 2) People would be pre-conditioned to understand that people who would even dare think of something as a possible conspiracy theory are ipso facto nut-cases.
What can wear down the populace's resistance, however, just as how it's been with Hillary Diane Rodham Clinton, the lies upon lies upon lies upon lies upon lies have worn down all but the most die-hard, publik skool drop-out as to what's actually been going on.
In the present case, there was a book author among the passengers. In his book, which he describes as factual account of this crash, he notes the airplane's owner to have been "Lies Air", spelled L-I-E-S. Although he misspelled it, perhaps a real truth caused that Freudian slip.
"Truth Will Out," I always say.
It was the USCG, NTSB, and Flip HOllstein who “got the jargon wrong”. And the NTSB considered it significant enough that they were going to get Makani Kai Air in trouble for not having ADULT life jackets available.
If there had been an investigation, the lifejacket that was removed from Fuddy’s “body” would have been taken as evidence. But guess what? There was no investigation. The “accident” (even though the video of it has a running engine right up to the water landing, as rx has noted) supposedly happened 1/2 mile from land (even though the FAA recordings and reports accurately say that it was about 300 yards from the airport. The 1/2-mile lie was essential to make sure that it wasn’t within either Kalawao County or Maui County jurisdiction - but within FBI JURISDICTION.
The USCG commander reported this event to the FBI but the FBI will not allow anybody to know whether they investigated this in any way.
Maui County Police Department says they have no records of communications asking for help in this “outside assistance” case - nobody has anybody exactly WHO they were “assisting” when they completed the “autopsy”.
NTSB and Maui County Police Dept both claimed the other was responsible to come out with a Cause of Death. The implication in all of this was that Maui County was responsible for investigating the death. In ordering the autopsy, Maui County cited the statutes that would apply if it was under their jurisdiction. All a head fake. The FBI was responsible to investigate. Did they? Or did they say that the “death”in US waters of the only known witness who could testify against Dennis Montgomery was not significant enough to investigate? (Kind of like Hillary’s emails aren’t significant enough to investigate)
rx has shown clear evidence that this was all pre-planned. This pre-planned water landing of a perfectly good plane (according to the engine noise on the video recording) - complete with mannequin that looked like Fuddy and a USCG-recovered “body” that had a different lifejacket than the one Fuddy is clearly wearing just outside the plane in the video - happened Dec 11 - a mere 19 days after Zullo’s Nov 22nd public statement that he had “universe shattering” evidence.
Those of us who have dealt with the FBI have known for a long time that they are a politicized entity, covering up for the regime’s many, many crimes. James Comey made abundantly clear what some of us have known for a long time. MCPD says there are no records of anybody asking them to conduct an autopsy, but it so happens that only the FBI had jurisdiction, and the wife of the FBI’s chief boss (AG Eric Holder) just happened to be on Maui when the coroner was deciding what to say publicly about this “death” - with a recovered “body” whose lifejacket did NOT match what Fuddy was actually wearing and was most likely the mannequin that was sitting on the seat in front of Puentes. And not only was Mrs. Holder there when coroner Harle was deciding, but Valerie Jarrett and Michelle Obama were there too - and Michelle Obama hung around indefinitely until the day the coroner released an “accidental” COD, which is when Michelle let her schedule show she would be back in DC in a couple of days.
