And if a fake had been put in for Obama back in 1961 there would be no reason for the forged BC today. And Neil Abercrombie would not have told Mike Evans there is no BC for Obama. And Neal Palafox wouldn’t have had to be canned as HDOH Director and replaced with Fuddy, who illegally disallowed original BC’s from being seen - on a document with a creation date of the same day as Obama’s forged BC was disclosed.
Fuddy is up to her ears in the corruption, based on those pieces of evidence and more. The “verifications” received by AZ and KS Secretaries of State were not lawfully certified. They have Onaka’s signature stamp but Onaka apparently refused to seal/certify the signature because FUDDY’s seal is on them. IOW, the registrar refused to certify anything for Obama so Fuddy had to put her own stamp on those documents just so they’d have SOMETHING to give the AZ SOS, who had already been made to promise that he would put Obama’s name on the ballot as long as he received SOMETHING as a fig leaf to tell his constituents that he had asked for documentation. What they received isn’t worth diddly because Fuddy’s raised seal is by statute only allowed to accompany HER signature, which is nowhere on those “verifications”.
There is a “good guy” at the HDOH, but it is DEFINITELY not Fuddy.

What would 0 have used instead of a birth cert, for proof of age for school, driving, first job, and travel/passport?

I am not aware there is any dispute about the birth and death of that baby. She was born at Wahiawa Hospital, had breathing difficulties, was transferred to Kapiolani, she died the following day, her name was entered as that of her father, her death notice in her father’s name appeared August 8, and the name on her death notice was amended to Virginia (so she could be buried under her own name, I believe) on August 29.
The number on her COLB corresponds with the date August 29 given the average number of births in Hawaii per month/annum at the time. The number is thus 400+ digits out of sequence with her birth.
So one assumes her birth wasn’t recorded until the same date as her Death Certificate was amended.
Amended. Not forged.
