I’ve lost about ten pounds just by keeping my carbs under 100 grams per day. I’m usually between 60 and 70 percent calories from fat. I also eat lots of protein. Lots of eggs, cheese and nuts. Fatty cuts of meat including chicken always with the skin on. Butter on everything. Whole avacados. Heavy cream in my coffee and lots of it. Bacon, sausage, etc.

I’m down 39 pounds doing the same thing, I feel great.

You didn't mention how long it took you to lose the ten pounds eating that way.
But I eat the exact same foods you mention and have lost 54 pounds since last June. I love it. I feel the best I have in 10 years. I like eating this way because you can eat good foods and still lose weight.
Spread the word that eating fat is not what makes you fat. Eating too many processed carbohydrates makes you fat.
Good luck.

That is a good diet, however for your reference, protein consumption results in
Gluconeogenesis (GNG) and can reduce the weight loss from low carb diets and reverse ketosis.
There is a difficult balance between protein consumption and maintaining a ketogenic diet.
