I’ve lost about ten pounds just by keeping my carbs under 100 grams per day. I’m usually between 60 and 70 percent calories from fat. I also eat lots of protein. Lots of eggs, cheese and nuts. Fatty cuts of meat including chicken always with the skin on. Butter on everything. Whole avacados. Heavy cream in my coffee and lots of it. Bacon, sausage, etc.

That is a good diet, however for your reference, protein consumption results in Gluconeogenesis (GNG) and can reduce the weight loss from low carb diets and reverse ketosis.

There is a difficult balance between protein consumption and maintaining a ketogenic diet.

Thanks — I am aware that extra protein can be converted to glucose. I’ve started lifting weights again so I figure my protein requirement is higher than average.
