You didn't mention how long it took you to lose the ten pounds eating that way.

But I eat the exact same foods you mention and have lost 54 pounds since last June. I love it. I feel the best I have in 10 years. I like eating this way because you can eat good foods and still lose weight.

Spread the word that eating fat is not what makes you fat. Eating too many processed carbohydrates makes you fat.

I started getting fairly serious about reducing carbs back in February. So it was probably ten pounds in about ten weeks. I’ve always been convinced that it’s carbs, not fat, that makes you fat. I just hadn’t really put it into practice until now.

I will say that when I first switched to low carb I felt slightly out of sorts and low on energy. They talk about the “low carb flu” which typically lasts a week or two when you first switch, and I do think I experienced that to some degree.
